QUESTIONS
Billing, VAT and support.
Do you charge VAT to businesses?
Prices on this page exclude VAT. Standard, Pro and Guru are sold by Link (a Stripe company), which adds VAT at checkout where it is due for your country. If your business is in another EU country, Link shows any VAT at checkout before you pay. Custom and managed projects are invoiced by us: businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge), and Bulgarian customers pay Bulgarian VAT.
Why does checkout show a different currency?
Our prices are in euro. If you are outside the euro area, checkout may show and charge the price in your local currency.
Who charges me, and what will my statement show?
Link takes the payment and sends your receipts and invoices. Your card statement will show LINK.COM* 3D ATTRACT.
What do Guru onboarding and partner support include?
Up to 5 onboarding hours in your first 30 days, by email and a live consultation. Your partner replies within 1 working day. Extra work, such as building models or custom integrations, is quoted separately.
Which store connections do paid plans include?
A WooCommerce connection. Shopify is coming soon. Custom store integrations are quoted separately.
